Return Policy

With our hassle-free return policy, you can shop online safely.

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Beverly Rug. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your items within 14 days.

  • All returns must be received unused and undamaged.
  • We do not accept any returns after the 14-day time period.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once your unused items is received and evaluated, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.
  • Credit for the purchase price of the items will be automatically be applied to your account within 5-7 days of our receipt of the return.

For most rugs, we can generate a prepaid Fedex or UPS return shipping label for you to use. Your order will be refunded upon its receipt at our warehouse minus the cost of the label.

If you would prefer to use your own label instead, that is perfectly acceptable as well. Just be sure to send us your item’s return tracking number so we may better monitor your return.

Please also be advised that your area rug must be returned in its original condition. If the received item has wear or damage, the full credit may not be issued. To safely package your item for transit, we strongly recommend using either its original packaging or a thick plastic.
