We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Beverly Rug. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your items within 60 days.

All returns must be received unused and undamaged.
We do not accept any returns after the 60-day time period.
Return shipping costs are completely free and will be paid by Beverly Rug.
Once your unused items is received and evaluated, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.
Credit for the purchase price of the items will be automatically be applied to your account within 5-7 days of our receipt of the return.

For most rugs, we can generate a prepaid Fedex or UPS return shipping label for you to use. Your order will be refunded upon its receipt at our warehouse minus the cost of the label.

If you would prefer to use your own label instead, that is perfectly acceptable as well. Just be sure to send us your item’s return tracking number so we may better monitor your return.

Please also be advised that your area rug must be returned in its original condition. If the received item has wear or damage, the full credit may not be issued. To safely package your item for transit, we strongly recommend using either its original packaging or a thick plastic.

I already wrote a review on this but I got another email so here are my thoughts: This rug is flimsy and poor quality. Not at all durable for the money spent. I expected a higher quality rug the way it appears in photos. I'm unlikely to purchase anything from this website again.

I expected the quality of this $115 rug to be higher. It's extremely lightweight, feels like it can be ripped easily. Unlike the photos in which it was advertised, it looks a bit "cheap" to be honest. I expected much more for how much I paid for this. One pro - fast shipping.

Exactly What I Was Looking For First I would like to say I was very impressed with the packaging. Before even opening, I could tell this was going to be a quality product. After unrolling it I was so thrilled. The color was not washed out, it was perfectly symmetrical and all edges were bound perfectly. This looks so good on my deck.

Easy to clean. Loved design We have this rug for two weeks now and we already had rust stain and dog's puke on the rug but it was very easy to clean . I just used dishwashing liquid and water .It dried quickly too . Also i was concerned about my dog pulling the threads but it's very well made .No damage so far. We love the design too. It's very pretty.

Highly recommend I used this rug for my indoor living room. I am very impressed with the quality and durability! It is not as scratchy as a typical outdoor rug so it fits in handsomely with the other furniture in the house, yet I have the option of washing it when my kids inevitably spill things on it. Absolute bang for your bucks!
