You can be
assured that shopping with Beverlyrug.net is safe! We use
industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive
information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive
information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed
between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of
someone else intercepting it.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information
is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a
AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the
Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS
requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry
standards.

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order:

Click on the product that you are interested in.

1. Choose a size of the product.

2. Click “ADD TO CART” button.

3. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s
contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.

4. In the shopping cart’s preview you can see a list of the products you have chosen, together with their quantity and price.

5. If you want to remove a product from the shopping cart, click on
the “x” on the left side of the product image. If you want to change the
quantity, click on +/- button next to the quantity and click “UPDATE
CART” button. In a short while, the shopping cart will be updated.

6. If you have a promo code, enter your promo code in the “coupon
code” box and click “APPLY” button. If the code is correct, the price
will be reduced. If the price does not change, please check the
promotion’s rules and conditions and make sure that it applies to the
items in your cart.

7. To continue, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.

8. If you are a registered customer, please sign in. If you are not,
you can easily create an account on checkout page. You can also place an
order as a guest (without registration).

9. Enter your shipping details by filling in all fields marked with an “*”. Ensure that your data is correct.

10. After logging in, signing up or entering shipping details, please select your preferred payment method.

11. After you choose your preferred payment method, agree to have
your personal data processed and agree to the terms and conditions,
please click on the “PLACE ORDER” button.

12. Check your mailbox – you should receive an order confirmation email.

No sign-up or login required to place an order! You can place an order without having an account.

However, creating an account enables you to:

Most orders take 1-3 business days to process. We ship everything from
our warehouse facility in California; transit time from there to where
you are located could take on an additional 1-7 days for standart
delivery, 1-3 days for express delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Beverly Rug with tracking information within 72 hours.

If the order has not been processed, we will do our best to intercept
it before shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to add or remove
items, or otherwise modify your order, once it has been placed.

If the order has already been processed, please refer to the return instructions once your order is delivered.

We take our time to advertise the product you will receive to the best
of our ability. With that said, some discrepancies caused by variances
in color calibrations of computer monitors and other digital displays
may occur. The amount of lighting in a room or your viewing angle can
also have an effect on the way colors appear on your screen.

Our rugs are
shipped rolled in tight plastic. As a result, some rugs may have slight
creases or bulges. But don’t worry! These are not defects and they will
self-correct quickly.

To speed up this process, you can reverse-roll your rug (roll it
tight the opposite way it came rolled) and vacuum it. Over time, gravity
will do its work, the rug will loosen up, and those creases and bulges
will disappear.

Some rugs with a latex or canvas backing may have a slight odor when
first unrolled. This, similar to a new car smell, comes from the glues
used to treat the backing. This odor should dissipate after a few days
of airing out in a well-ventilated room.

We know that
getting your item delivered in good condition and on time is important
to you, and that’s why we have several delivery choices. We take great
care to offer shipping methods and delivery terms that meet your needs:

Standard Delivery (Free on all orders): We ship most items with this method via reliable delivery services like UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Fedex Express Delivery: If express shipping is chosen, an additional Shipping and Handling fee will be quoted at checkout.

We offer free standart delivery to all address within the United States.

We want you to
be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Beverly Rug. If
you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your items within 14 days.

For most rugs, we can generate a prepaid Fedex or UPS return shipping
label for you to use. Your order will be refunded upon its receipt at
our warehouse minus the cost of the label.

If you would prefer to use your own label instead, that is perfectly
acceptable as well. Just be sure to send us your item’s return tracking
number so we may better monitor your return.

Please also be advised that your area rug must be returned in its
original condition. If the received item has wear or damage, the full
credit may not be issued. To safely package your item for transit, we
strongly recommend using either its original packaging or a thick
plastic.

All returns must be received unused and undamaged.

We do not accept any returns after the 14-day time period.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your unused items is received and evaluated, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund.

Credit for the purchase price of the items will be automatically be
applied to your account within 5-7 days of our receipt of the return.

If the
product’s original packaging is still intact, reuse it to send your
item(s) back to us. However, make sure to remove any shipping labels
from the packing before you do so.

If you do not have the original packaging or it is not in good
condition, any thick plastic wrapping will also be sufficient;
heavy-duty plastic tarps used for painting work well for this.

You will want to package the rug tightly and secure the ends for
shipping, as any damage experienced in transit may result in a charge
deducted from your refund.

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges for any items purchased via our
website at this time. If you need an item in a different size or color,
please return the item you originally purchased and place a new order
with us.

Taking care of
your area rug will help to extend its life and keep it looking new and
fresh for as long as possible. We recommend the general care
instructions for your rugs, however specific care instructions differ
based on the construction and materials of your rug. You should always
defer to these instructions when taking care of your rug.

For general maintenance and upkeep, your household vacuum should do
the trick. Be careful not to lower the beater bar on the vacuum, though,
as this can become damaging over time.

It is best to clean spills from your rug as soon as they happen in order
to avoid any staining or permanent rug damage. Use a clean, white
cloth, and avoid rubbing the stain so you do not allow it to sink in
more deeply. For a deeper clean a professional cleaning service is your
best bet. Keep in mind that specific care instructions differ based on
the construction and materials of your rug. You should always defer to
these instructions when taking care of your rug.
