The carpet treads are nice. They are great for noise reduction and they don’t slip. They will need to be straightened at times but they don’t slip when you are walking on them. Overall, I am happy with my purchase

These stair treads look nice, are great at noise reduction and they really don’t slip without using tape or nails. They do move a little bit and have to be repositioned sometimes but they don’t slip.

The best thing about these is that they do not collect lint. I've had others and dog hair attached easily but not these.
They are also pretty sturdy and look great even after a wash.

Order Incomplete - Missing Parts
I received two boxes with the step treads I ordered. The first box had 8; the second box had 6. I've been trying to get in touch with this company for the last 4 days. No replies to any of my avenues of contact. All I need in service is two more treads. The products are fine; work just as I wanted them to. BUT, I NEED SOMEONE AT THIS COMPANY TO RESPOND TO MY MESSAGES, EMAILS, FORM COMPLETES, ETC.
